Our infared heated room to 32 degrees delivers dynamic mat pilates with a twist. Get ready to flow through controlled, purposeful movements that will leave you strong, flexible and energised. Infared heats boosts flexibility, circulation and muscle recovery.
Unlock your body's potential in our heated studio. Our Hot Yoga classes build internal heat to promote deepening of stretches and improvement of flexibility. Connecting movement with the breath you'll leave feeling focused, energised and strong.
